Our beginnings
UCS began as the consulting, solutions, and services arm of Upsquare, founded by Utpal Vaishnav (UV). Today, UCS serves teams that need product engineering, AI, and delivery ownership.

Contracting and where we work
UCS contracts through legal entities in Singapore, the Netherlands, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
Through those entities we work with teams in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and the United Kingdom. Working language, time-zone overlap, system access, and data-handling expectations are agreed for each engagement.
Venture collaboration
UCS is a preferred development partner for House of Starts. The two collaborate on venture building, with responsibilities, contributions, and ownership typically defined through a three-party or multiparty joint venture agreement.
